Can I buy travel insurance if I am already overseas?
No, regrettably in order to be eligible for insurance with us you must depart from and return to Australia AND be in Australia at the time of purchasing.
Do you cover international student?
Our policy can cover non-permanent residents who have a valid Medicare, Private Health Fund or Overseas Student Travel Insurance in Australia throughout their trip overseas. Please note that in order for non-permanent residents to be covered their journey must depart from and return to Australia.
Do you provide travel insurance for travelling as a group?
Yes, if travelling as a group you can list up to 10 travellers on 1 insurance policy provided all the insured depart, return and travel at least 50% of the time together. Furthermore, in order to be able to purchase a policy on behalf of someone else you will need to be able to answer questions on their behalf.
Do you cover one way trip?
Yes, we do offer One-Way trip cover. This means we will cover you from the time you leave Australia until 24 hours after you leave customs at your final destination country.
What if I cannot get an appropriate policy online for my circumstances?
