The Annual Multi-trip policy^ covers you for an unlimited number of trips throughout the year, subject to maximum trip duration options of 30, 45 or 60 days. Please note, our Annual Multi-trip polices^ do not cover domestic travel.
Yes, we do offer cover for Domestic travel under our Domestic policies. If you are travelling on a domestic cruise, please select "Cruise" as your trip type and ‘Domestic” as your destination.

As Hawaii is a state of the United States you will need to select your destination as "Worldwide including North, Central and South America". This will cover you for travel to, from and throughout Hawaii.
You must select the destination bracket applicable to your area of travel. Our Worldwide Excluding USA, Canada, Mexico, Central & South America and Antarctica provides cover for the 26 countries included within the Schengen Region (as of 2017): Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
Our One Trip policies will offer cover for unlimited hospital, medical and surgical expenses due to unforeseen accident, illness or injury. Please note that our policies only cover return of body
up to $20,000 AUD. In addition, we are unable to increase our limits to suit your specific requirements.

Cruise specific destinations:

Please check you have submitted all your payment details accurately; this includes the full card number, the correct expiry date and the 3-digit security code. This is the last three digits on the back of the card at the end of the signature strip, if you paying with American Express the security code is often the 4-digits on the front of the card.
