What is the process for cancelling my policy if my plans change?

All InsureandGo Australia policies include a 21-day cooling-off period. That means if your plans change within 21 days of purchasing your domestic Single-Trip Travel Insurance policy, you’re entitled to a full refund if you haven’t started your trip or made any claims. 

If your plans change after three weeks and you want to cancel your policy, we’ll refund a portion of the premium for the outstanding period of cover, less any government charges and taxes that we cannot recover, provided you had not made a claim.
