It has come to our attention that the couples/family discount of 10% was not applied to your natural disaster add-on and thus you have been overcharged.

We sincerely apologise for this oversight and want to assure you that we have taken the steps to prevent this from happening in the future. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to providing you with the best possible service.
 

To make amends for this error, we will be refunding you the overcharged amount plus interest. We hope this gesture demonstrates our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction with our services.

 

Simply email your bank details to info@insureandgo.com.au or submit your information here and our team will process a manual refund of the amount owed to you.
