We would like to inform our customers that the ash cloud caused by Mt Rinjani has now ceased, this means that we are currently providing cover for any future volcanic eruptions.

Should a new eruption occur from Mt Rinjani, it will be considered as unforeseeable and a new event under any policy purchased on or after the 30/12/2015.
