A pre-existing medical condition is any condition for which you have received medical advice, treatment or medication in the last 5 years. If the condition was diagnosed more than 5 years ago but you are still seeking medical advice, treatments, medications, follow-ups or check-ups, it is still considered a pre-existing condition.

You must inform InsureandGo of any pre-existing medical conditions you have before purchasing insurance. If cover is refused for my pre-existing medical condition, am I still covered for my trip?

If subject to our medical questionnaire, we are unable to cover your pre-existing medical conditions, we will only exclude any claims directly/indirectly relating to those conditions. Please keep in mind that you are still insured medically for a new condition that may unexpectedly arise overseas as well as accidental injuries and illnesses.
