If you have been affected by Cyclone Gita or want to know if you are covered for this event, check the following information:

If you purchase a policy before 13th of February 2017 at 8pm (AEST), you are covered for any claims arising from this event if you purchased the Natural Disasters Add-On in line with the level of cover which you purchased.

If you purchase between the 13th of February 2017 at 8pm to 19th of February at 8.45pm (AEST), any claims arising from this event in Fiji and Tonga are excluded even with Natural Disasters option purchased as this event was foreseen.

If you purchase your policy between 19th of February at 8.45pm (AEST) and 20th of February 10.47pm(AEST) with the Natural Disasters option added, you will be covered for claims arising from Cyclone Gita in line with the level of cover which you purchased.

For policies purchased between 20th of February 10.47pm (AEST) and the 2nd of March 9.07pm (AEST), claims arising from Cyclone Gita in the Pacific Region are excluded even with the Natural Disasters add-on purchased
