Insure&Go Win a Travel Card Competition

1. This Promotion commences at 00:01am AEST on 30/01/2026 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEST on 28/02/2026 (“Promotional Period”).
2. Entries are only valid if:
   1. you use the promotional code “SENSA15” for the purchase of your Insure&Go travel insurance between the opening and closing times of the Promotional Period based on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) ("Eligible Product"); and
   2. your policy is current as the end of the Promotional Period.
3. The draw will take place at Level 9, 35 Clarence Street Sydney, NSW, 2000 on March 18th 2026. In the event that an invalid or ineligible entrant is drawn, Europ Assistance Australia may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order.
4. Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.
5. To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: a. Purchase any Eligible Product in Australia during the Promotional Period using the promotional code “SENSA15”.
6. Only one (1) entry is permitted per Eligible Product purchased and a maximum of one (1) prize is available.
7. Employees of Europ Assistance Australia (and their immediate families) and entities associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
8. If an entrant instructs cancellation of their travel insurance policy, their entry will immediately be removed from the competition, and they will no longer be eligible to win unless they purchase another Eligible Product during the Promotional Period using the promotional code “SENSA15”.
9. The winner(s) of the draw will be notified via phone call and email within two (2) business days of the draw to claim the prize, and their names may be published on Insure&Go's website or any relevant social media platform.
10. Europ Assistance Australia‘s decision is final and is at Europ Assistance Australia’s discretion.

The Prize

11. In the event any prize(s) remains unclaimed within seven (7) business days of the draw, a re-draw will take place at the following business day at Level 9, 35 Clarence Street Sydney, NSW, 2000. In the event that an invalid or ineligible entrant is drawn, Insure&Go may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order. The winner, if any, will be notified by email and phone call within seven (7) business days of the unclaimed prize draw.
12. The total value of the prize is AUD $2000.
13. Prize, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless specified otherwise.
14. The prize will be in the form of a digital Flight Centre gift card and will be generated online and emailed to the nominated email address of the winner.
15. The electronic transfer of the prize will happen within 30 days of the draw subject to the correct email address details being supplied.
16. In the event that an entrant wins the Prize, the entrant consents to Insure&Go using their name, photograph and/or video recording, in any media forum for as long as needed without remuneration. This helps us showcase the success of our Promotion and highlight the products and services we offer.

Insure&Go’s Liability

17. Insure&Go does not accept any liability for any harm, loss, or damage arising from participation in this competition.
18. The governing law for this competition is the laws of New South Wales, Australia
19. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Insure&Go, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, Insure&Go reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: a. to disqualify any entrant; or b. subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion or Prize, at its sole discretion.
20. Insure&Go reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who Insure&Go has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct which jeopardises or is likely to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
21. Insure&Go collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such data to relevant third parties involved in the Promotion, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers. Any disclosure of personal information will be in accordance with the Insure&Go Privacy Policy which can be viewed at https://www.insureandgo.com.au/privacy-policy/. By purchasing the travel insurance policy you consent for your information to be disclosed for such purposes and to be provided direct marketing communication as described in 22 below.
22. In accordance with the Insure&Go Privacy Policy, from time to time, we may use your contact details to send you direct marketing communications including offers, updates and newsletters that are relevant to the services we provide. We always give you the option of electing not to receive these communications in the future. You can unsubscribe by notifying us and we will no longer send these communications to you.
23. All entries are handled by Insure&Go. If needed to run this Promotion, Insure&Go may share your information with partners outside of Australia, following our Privacy Policy. Your privacy matters to us, and we'll only do this when necessary.
24. Insure&Go may use social media platforms such as Facebook and/or Instagram to advertise or promote the Promotion. This Insure&Go Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook or Instagram.
