Terms and Conditions
This promotion is provided by Insure&Go.
If you participate in the ‘Insure&Go Win a 3-piece luggage set + $3000 eGift Card competition”, these terms and conditions apply. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Rules of the Promotion:
1. This Promotion commences at 00:01am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (AEDT) on 20/12/2024 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEDT on 06/01/2025 (“Promotional Period”).
2. There will be 1draw conducted for Australia. Entries are only valid if an Insure&Go travel insurance policy ("Eligible Product") was purchased between the opening and closing times of the Promotional period based on AEDT.
3. The draw will take place at Level 1, 19 Harris Street Pyrmont, NSW, 2009 on the 22nd of January 2025. In the event that an invalid or ineligible entrant is drawn, Insure&Go may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order.
4. Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.
5. To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a. Purchase any Eligible Product in Australia during the Promotional Period.
b. Eligible product means an Insure&Go Annual Multi-Trip policy.
6. Only one (1) entry is permitted per Eligible Product purchased and a maximum of one (1) prize is available.
7. Employees of Insure&Go (and their immediate families) and entities associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
8. If an entrant instructs cancellation of their travel insurance policy, their entry will immediately be removed from the competition, and they will no longer be eligible to win unless they purchase another Eligible Product.
9. The winner(s) of the draw will be notified via direct message within two (2) business days of the draw to claim the prize, and their names will be published on Insure&Go's website or any relevant social media platform.
10. Insure&Go’s decision is final and is at Insure&Go’s discretion.
The Prize:
12. In the event any prize(s) remains unclaimed within three (3) business days of the draw, a re-draw will take place at Level 1, 19 Harris Street Pyrmont, NSW, 2009. In the event that an invalid or ineligible entrant is drawn, Insure&Go may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order. The winner, if any, will be notified by direct message within two (2) business days of the unclaimed prize draw.
13. The total value of each prize is AUD $3000 plus a 3-piece luggage set.
14. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless specified otherwise.
15. The prize will be in the form of an e-gift card and will be generated online and emailed to the nominated email address of the winner. The luggage set will be shipped to your nominated postal address.
16. The electronic transfer of the prize will happen within 30 days of the draw subject to the correct email address details being supplied.
17. In the event that an entrant wins the Prize, the entrant consents to Insure&Go using their name, photograph and/or video recording, in any media forum for as long as needed without remuneration. This helps us showcase the success of our Promotion and highlight the products and services we offer.
Insure&Go’s Liability:
18. Insure&Go does not accept any liability for any harm, loss, or damage arising from participation in this competition.
19. The governing law for this competition is the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
20. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Insure&Go, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, Insure&Go reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: a. to disqualify any entrant; or b. subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion or Prize, at its sole discretion.
21. Insure&Go reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who Insure&Go has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct which jeopardises or is likely to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
22. Insure&Go collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such data to relevant third parties involved in the Promotion, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers. Any disclosure of personal information will be in accordance with the Insure&Go Privacy Policy which can be viewed at https://www.insureandgo.com.au/privacy-policy/.
23. In accordance with the Insure&Go Privacy Policy, from time to time, we may use your contact details to send you direct marketing communications including offers, updates and newsletters that are relevant to the services we provide. We always give you the option of electing not to receive these communications in the future. You can unsubscribe by notifying us and we will no longer send these communications to you.
24. All entries are handled by Insure&Go. If needed to run this Promotion, Insure&Go may share your information with partners outside of Australia, following our Privacy Policy. Your privacy matters to us, and we'll only do this when necessary.
25. Insure&Go may use social media platforms such as Facebook and/or Instagram to advertise or promote the Promotion. This Insure&Go Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook or Instagram.
