Not happy as I will now have to ring for a second time. My first call was because my policy was withdrawn 3 times from my bank account and I had no policy. Service rating : I purchased medical insurance for a cruise for myself and 5 mates. Due to covid we never even got on the boat, it thankfully was cancelled 5days beforehand. Because we could never even board or have the chance to use their service I asked for a refund and was refused. Future trips are planned eventually and id never go near this company. | |||

Service rating : The travel policy we purchased for our Europe trip for this year was absolutely useless as it didn't cover anything related to Covid-19 and our trip ended up being cancelled. When asking InsureandGo for a refund for the policy, all they could do was stick to their script and say that it was outside of the 14-day cooling off period. While other insurance providers like NRMA understood the unprecedented circumstances we're in and offered their customers a full refund on their travel policies if unable to make a claim and no longer traveling. | |||
Service rating : Repay the policies of those unable to travel as planned due to COVID-19. i PAID $239.48 to insure travel luggage and camera gear. When I called to cancel the policy as we cannot travel as planned to the UK, through no fault of ours (force majeure) the 14 day cooling off period has expired and so no refund. However this has nothing to do with a cooling off period, as I had always intended to travel on specified dates. Our airfares have been refunded (Singapore Airlines) so I will be using them again. However as for Insureandgo I will never be using again or recommending them to those like me who are now travelling. | |||
