I dealt with a customer service officer whose name was Yves who was most helpful and walked me through the application
Immediately after I purchase the travel policy, I've become aware that I started receiving many unsolicited emails from various vendors. Since it happen almost immediately after disclosing my email to Insureandgo, I've attributed those to your company's disclosure of my email to these other vendours. I may be mistaken but Ias I said it happened almost immediately after my dealings with your company.
Quick no fuss experience. Hopefully this will extend to the holiday too.
Took me 3 days to get someone on the phone, tried doing on line but as I had pre-existing needed to talk to a human being. on line responded 2 days later
