This is not a query, I just wanted to express how utterly delighted both I and my family are with the service and support provided by InsureandGo. I am currently in a hospital bed in Grenoble having broken my leg in a skiing accident last week, and ended up spending Christmas here.

From the first moment that we informed you of my accident the service has been amazing. You didn't make a drama into a crisis, quite the opposite, you took away a lot of the worry and concern with the promptness and efficiency of your response. I cannot speak highly enough of the service thus far. Even our hotel staff said yours was the best service they had seen from an insurance company.

Chris was polite and ensured I understood all of the terms before proceeding. I have worked in insurance telesales before and I think Chris should be commended in front of his peers for the way in which he helped me with my concerns. I am sending this as not just Dave but all his colleagues were very helpful, and on the one occasion I had to claim it was dealt with very promptly and without any of the fuss you hear about with other companies.

I came through to InsureandGo a couple of days ago on the recommendation of a friend for an annual travel policy for my husband and myself. My adviser was Holly Clatworthy - she gave her name at the start of the call, and I ascertained the Clatworthy towards the end because I felt that this young lady had been a first class ambassador for your company, and her efforts should be given a mention. I imagine that her job could prove rather repetitive and challenging at times, but Holly gave a truly professional service to me. She was extremely pleasant and polite, erring on the friendly yet remaining courteous, and her knowledge and ability to impart all information clearly to an OAP without getting frustrated, was applaudable. She ensured that my needs were met, and explained that the policy details would be mailed to me, but that she would also send the details via email.

It took me less than five minutes to close my call to Holly and go to the study, and there on the screen was the promised document. In this day and age when professionals seem often inadequate and blasé about the service they give, it was a real joy (I know that sounds strange!) to deal with Holly and to receive such excellent service, and she, in my opinion, deserves a pat on the back.

A real pleasure to deal with your company, and I'm sure we will return again.

I took out insurance with your company last September, after finding it online last minute before I left to go travelling. I never researched or took much interest in who I was getting insurance with. After falling ill in Bangkok in Jan this year I have been in steady contact with many people who work at InsureandGo during the last six months, and regret I do not remember all the names. Today I purchased a policy with your company, which was represented by Ms Peck. She is unequivocally a valuable, impressively professional employee and a genuine asset to your business. She was unusually helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.
